Fresh off his first practice since being traded back to the Minnesota Vikings, Randy Moss said he's excited to return to Minnesota, more than five years after he was dealt away."I'm very fortunate to be back home where it all started," Moss said. "It's been a heck of a last 48 hours and I didn't really know what to expect, but I'm back home, and it feels good."
Moss said he has felt nothing but warmth from Vikings fans since returning to town, and expects them to support him for the rest of the season.
"To all the Viking fans coming to the Metrodome, pull your '84' jerseys out," Moss said. "It's going to be a fun ride."
Moss didn't always feel warmth from the press Thursday -- at one point he cut off a reporter who asked about controversies in his previous stint in Minnesota by saying "next question" -- but he was genuinely willing to give thoughtful answers.
